Stunning 13 Days Christmas vacation in Cairo

To allow you to take in the sights and sounds of this great city throughout the day, we can begin your Egypt Luxury excursions at 7:00 AM. Our air-conditioned, contemporary car will transport you to the Bahariya Oasis, where the Museum of Golden Mummies ticket office is located. The foundations of a temple dedicated to Alexander the Great and the sizable Greco-Roman cemeteries where the mummies were discovered will be visible later in the day. The final destination on your journey is the Temple of Muftell, which was constructed by the Egyptian pharaohs and is devoted to the god Bis.

It is an interesting sight to see the tombs of the nobles or kings of the 26th dynasty. We'll transport you to a restaurant that looks like an oasis, where you'll enjoy a delectable meal. After that, we'll go to Cairo on a special White Desert Safari before heading back to the White Desert. We might make a detour along the road to view ancient quartz crystal formations at Crystal Mountain and the Valley of El Haize, a verdant community in the middle of the desert south of the oasis. and prior to the Black Desert. Additionally, we'll love camping in the White Desert, where we can witness breathtaking sunsets. Your supper will be prepared by your local guides.

You will awaken the following morning to the most romantic scene of the sun rising in the White desert after spending the evening gazing at the magnificent stars.

On the second day, breakfast will be provided in the White Desert, where guests can take in the breathtaking views. Then, as part of your traditional tours of Egypt, you will travel to the desert and neighboring springs to take pictures of the stunning white limestone rocks, such as the sphinx-shaped rock, the rabbit-shaped hill, the whale carved out of the rock, and the chicken formation. You will then be taken to Cairo as you travel through the Black Desert, a region of stunning mountains covered in tiny black volcanic rocks.

Before starting our nearly four-hour journey back to your Cairo hotel, we will stop in Bahariya to see the fruit plantations, the breathtaking sand dunes, the salt lake, and other sites.

After breakfast, one of our staff members will come to get you from your Cairo hotel so you can see some of El Fayoum's most famous sites. Fayoum and Cairo are around 95 km apart. Wadi El Ryan, a protected region since 1989, is currently the destination of all expeditions. Our excursion will begin in Fayoum, which is around 90 kilometers away from the Wadi Hitan Protected Area (Valley of the Whales). The discovery of 40 million-year-old whale skeletons at Wadi Hitan, also called the Valley of the Whales, inside the Wadi El Rayan Protected Area, led to its designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mudawara Mountain is visible on the route to Wadi El Rayan Water Falls.

The only waterfalls in Egypt might be found at Wadi El Rayan, a naturally occurring depression in the western desert created in 1970 by the overflow of drainage water from the Fayoum farmlands. After picking you up from your Cairo hotel, our tour guide will take you to the Paradise Inn Beach Resort in a modern, air-conditioned car. We start our tour with a photo stop at Qaitbey's Citadel, which is considered to be one of the most important defensive strongholds in Egypt and along the Mediterranean Sea coast, after checking in. In the fifteenth century A.D., the Citadel played a significant role in Alexandria's defenses. It is located near the entrance to the eastern harbor at the easternmost point of Pharos Island. It was built right where the renowned Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, formerly stood.

You can then explore the enormous Montazah Royal Palaces and Gardens, which were owned by the royal dynasty of Mohamed Ali Pasha, from King Farouk I to Khedive Abbas Helmy II. We will pass Stanley Bridge, one of Alexandria's stunning new structures, en route to the gardens. You can explore the 3000-meter-wide gardens, which are home to a variety of trees and plants, including some really rare ones. Despite being planted over 75 years ago, a number of tropical plants are still in excellent condition.

Our fantastic journey will come to a finish at the Modern Alexandria Library, where you can view its free exhibits and open court. The vast collection of books at the Old Library was well-known across the world and included works in a variety of scientific and literary fields. It suffered numerous wounds throughout the Greco-Roman period before going extinct. In the latter part of the 1980s, the library's reconstruction project got underway. The modern Alexandria library has six upper stories and four basement floors. The modern Alexandria Library's unusual shape is acknowledged as a unique architectural trait.

Serapis, "the supreme god of Alexandria under the Ptolemaic dynasty," was housed in the Serapis temple, which is now Pompei's Pillar. After breakfast, our tour guide will come to get you and take you there in a cool vehicle. Built in honor of Emperor Diocletian during the Roman Empire in Egypt, it is the biggest monument column in the country.

Alexandria's biggest mosque is Abu Al-Abbas Al-Mursi. It features a cream-coloured exterior, four massive domes, arabesque-style sculptures, and a tall minaret. It is located in the Anfoushi neighborhood of Alexandria, near the Citadel of Qaitbay.

The Roman amphitheater, also called Kom el-Dikka, is the last stop on our tour of Alexandria. A large Roman theatre and dwelling complex can be seen in the heart of Alexandria. With thirteen terraces, this extraordinarily well-preserved building is the sole known Roman amphitheater in Egypt. It was built in the manner of classical Greece.

Explore the historic neighborhood of Alexandria to witness contemporary structures such as the Alexandrian Unknown Soldier and the monument to Alexander the Great.
Following that, you will be driven back to your lodging by our tour guide.

Meet your tour leader after breakfast and then proceed to El-Alamein. The El Alamein War Museum is a good place to start if you want to learn everything you can about the catastrophic operations in the Western Desert. You can see military gear here, including firearms. Before heading to the Eagle Marsa Matrouh hotel for the night

Our tour leader will take you to Siwa in a modern, air-conditioned car after picking you up from your hotel in Marsa Matrouh. There, you will check in and spend the night at the Ghaliet Ecolodge & Spa.

Explore Siwa's Old City (Shali) after breakfast. The Alexander Temple at Aghurmi Village, which is devoted to the God Amon-26 Dynasty, can then be visited after traveling to Um Ubeyda to see the Amun Ra Temple. Proceed to Cleopatra Spring (Ei Guba) after that. To wrap out your trip, go to the Siwa House Museum. To witness the captivating sunset vistas that are included in many travel guides, visit Fitnas Island in the afternoon. Go to Siwa and stay the night.

We start our trek across the Siwa Desert by traveling to Maraki Village after breakfast. We will continue our safari journey among the dunes until we arrive at the fossil region, where we will be able to see the stony coral reefs that date back to the Cambrian period. 

After that, head to Shaiata Lake, one of the spring-fed lakes in the desert, where you may enjoy a soothing springtime dip, see Flamenco birds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Another chance to enjoy desert sand surfing has come up. After that, we'll go relax at another hot spring called Bir Wahid.

After breakfast at the hotel, take a desert safari trip to Egypt to see the tombs on top of the Mountain of the Dead (Gabal El Maouta). There are a number of intriguing tombs there, such as the Crocodile Tomb, MSW Isis, and SI Amon's. You can proceed to the Dakrour Mountains after seeing the Roman Spring Eye and Abu Sherouf, one of the Siwan villages. You can observe Bedouin culture there. Return to your lodging. We have dinner and spend the night in Siwa.

Your tour leader will drive you to your Alexandria hotel for the night after breakfast. We'll then go to the Alexandria Museum, which was the nation's first museum and has over 200,000 artefacts. The museum's collection spans all periods of Egyptian history, from the Old Kingdom to the Roman era.

Following that, we'll head to a neighbouring eatery for lunch before visiting The Jewellery Museum in Alexandria, which has a collection of more than 30,000 jewellery pieces. The museum's collection includes jewellery from every stage of Egyptian history, from the Old Kingdom to the Roman Empire. We'll return you to your hotel so you can sleep.

Unfortunately, today marks the conclusion of our stay in Egypt. We'll take back memories of an absolutely amazing Christmas vacation as we head to the Cairo airport for our flight home.
