Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Cairo international Airport, the tour leader of Cairo top tours will be waiting to meet you. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle. Upon reaching the hotel, a welcome drink will be served to you while our representative aids you in a hassle-free check-in process. You will have to look at the details of your itinerary in depth to agree on the details of pick-up times and drop-off timing.

Overnight in a Cairo hotel

Your trip's second day will begin with an introduction from our licensed Egyptologist. After that, we'll travel to see the Valley Temple, the Great Sphinx, the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus, and the Great Pyramid of Cheops. Before taking a picture that will last a lifetime and enjoying a nice 15-minute camel ride at the Giza Pyramids, we will enjoy a panoramic view of the Giza Pyramids during our visit to the plateau. After breakfast at your hotel, you'll go on this Cairo day tours.

After you have enjoyed your delicious lunch, your guide will accompany you to Saqqara to explore the Step Pyramid Complex. This complex is famous for being the first building in the world made entirely of stone, known as the Djoser Pyramid. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the Pyramid of Teti, which boasts the most remarkable interior among all the accessible pyramids. Additionally, you will be able to witness the daily life in ancient Egypt by visiting the tombs of the nobles at Saqqara, where the walls and corridors are adorned with vivid depictions of various activities.

We plan to be transferred to Memphis, which is the oldest capital of the pharaohs. It is situated approximately thirty minutes south of Giza and can be found in the modern village of Mit Rahina. Memphis is a rich city with the ruins of the ancient capital of Egypt.

You will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo and overnight in Cairo.

You'll be driven to the airport early on the third day of your journey so you can board a domestic aircraft to Luxor. You will be welcomed upon arrival and taken onboard the luxurious 5-star Steinberger MS Minerva Nile cruise.

You will be led to experience the stunning Luxor East bank tours during the afternoon. You may see the magnificent Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple nearby, which both exhibit the glorious history of Egypt.

We will return to the cruise ship for dinner and afternoon tea following our day trip to Luxor. On board, we'll stay the night.

A day consists of three meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Following breakfast, our next destination will be Luxor West Bank Tours. Touring the Temple of Hatshepsut and its mortuary temple, along with the gigantic statues of Memnon at the Colossi of Memnon Museum, will provide you with an enjoyable experience that is sure to be memorable.

After having breakfast onboard, you can go to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered one of the most spectacular temples in Egypt and has been standing since the Ptolemaic era.

After having lunch back on the ship, we will proceed to Kom Ombo, where we will explore the combined temple dedicated to the deities Sobek and Harris.

Your sightseeing tour of Aswan begins with breakfast onboard before moving to Aswan Low Dam followed by a stop at the Granite Quarries. The Granite Quarries feature a massive unfinished obelisk which reveals Egyptian ancient stone-cutting methods used by builders.

Only one spot stands out through your tour where you will explore the Temple of Isis on Agilkia Island which honors the goddess Isis with its well-preserved reliefs and marvelous columns. The temple received careful relocation to its present site in order to safeguard itself from Nile floodwaters.

Return back to the ship for lunch while spending the afternoon at leisure before your next meal. Savor dinner while staying overnight aboard the ship at Aswan.

After breakfast you will make your second journey to Cairo. Following breakfast aboard the Steinberger MS Minerva Nile Cruise, you have the opportunity to disembark for free time in Aswan. After your arrival at Aswan International Airport, we will organise your local flight to Cairo, and a staff member will welcome you at the airport before driving you to your Cairo hotel.

Guests will spend a night staying at a hotel in the city of Cairo.

Your day starts with a trip to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization where ancient artifacts including royal mummies at the renowned exhibition attract visitors. Old treasures at this site lead visitors through time to understand Egypt's magnificent past.

The Citadel of Cairo stands as a mediaeval fortress, which was the central governing power base for Egyptian royal authority. The Mosque of Sultan Hassan inside the citadel displays its glory as a masterpiece of Islamic architecture because it delivers spectacular perspectives of the historical Cairo skyline.

Your exploration of Old Cairo will lead to the Abu Serga Church, which stands as a Coptic landmark because tradition holds this place to be a Holy Family resting point during their Egyptian visit. Visitors can explore both the Church of St. Barbara and its stunning architecture as well as its vital relics positioned near one another.
