It's been said that Egypt has two distinct seasons: hot and extremely hot, but there are actually a few more. It can experience a broad range of climates, from scorching heat to snowfall.

The NMEC is different from the old Museum of Egyptian Antiquities and the Grand Egyptian Museum because it has things from all of Egypt's history, not just ancient times like the other museums do.

There are very old churches in Cairo called the Church of Saint Barbara and the Church of Saints Sergius and Bacchus. They were built a long time ago, around the late 7th or early 8th century. There might have also been Jewish people living there when Muslims started ruling the area.

Transportation from Cairo Airport, a guided tour of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), a quad bike ride in Giza, and transportation back to your accommodation or Cairo Airport are usually included in the itinerary.
