Itinerary
The first day of your trip will begin with a leisurely pickup from your Cairo or Giza hotel by our Egyptologist guide, who will be with you throughout the day and explore the following:
The Giza Plateau, where we will be able to see the three majestic pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure, which are the only remaining of the Seven Wonders of the World, where you will have the opportunity to walk through these great buildings, take pictures from the best angles, and possibly enter the Great Pyramid for an exceptional experience (optional), as well as the Sphinx, the silent guardian of 73 metres high, which combines the body of a lion and the head of a human in a symbol of strength and wisdom. The tour guide will tell you the myths and facts associated with these monuments to fully immerseyourself in Pharaonic history.
Then we will continue our tour to the heart of the capital, the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir, which houses one of the world's greatest collections of Pharaonic antiquities. You will tour amid more than 120,000 artefacts that tell the story of ancient Egyptian civilisation, from the Stone Age to the Greek and Roman periods, where we can see the mummies of a number of great pharaohs such as Ramses II and Sakhnen Ra, rare statues of Egyptian gods such as Horus, Isis, and Anubis, as well as tools of daily life, jewellery, and mummification tools.

You will live a unique experience with us during your visit to Egypt, as we will set off from Cairo on a magical journey to the heart of the Western Desert early in the morning, where our expert guide will accompany you on your journey in a modern air-conditioned car that takes you to Bahariya Oasis, one of Egypt's most beautiful and diverse oases and landscapes. Upon arrival, the real adventure begins amidst pristine beauty and fresh air.
Today we will start our trip by visiting Wadi Ajabat, which is a unique place characterised by its wondrous rock formations carved by erosion factors over thousands of years, giving it a distinctive geological shape that catches the eye and arouses surprise, and the valley is one of the most prominent landmarks in the region for nature and photography enthusiasts.
We will then head to Jebel Al Marsus, an extinct volcanic mountain covered in a black layer of frozen lava, and one of the most prominent geological landmarks in the Bahariya Oasis. We will be able to climb to the top of the mountain, giving you a panoramic view of the surrounding desert, an unforgettable sight.
Finally, we will conclude our trip by exploring Crystal Mountain, a dazzling place covered with shiny natural crystals, which shimmer in the sunlight and give the place a special charm. The mountain is a unique geological treasure that amazes visitors with its variety of crystal shapes.
After exploring these sites, we'll head to the White Desert, a stunning natural canvas consisting of bright white rock formations that resemble artistic sculptures and create a sense of being on another planet. In the evening, at around ten o'clock, our tour guide and driver will drop you off at the Cairo hotel, capping up our excursion.
On the morning of your third day in Cairo, we will embark on a journey full of history and sea breeze towards the bride of the Mediterranean – Alexandria, where a Cairo Top Tours guide will pick you up in a modern private car and once you arrive, our tour begins to explore the most important landmarks of the city, which combines the fragrance of the past with the charm of the present.
We'll start our day with a visit to the catacombs of Kom El Shagafa, one of the world's most impressive monuments, reflecting a unique blend of ancient Egyptian, Roman, and Greek art. We will descend into the depths of the earth to discover a network of rooms and corridors decorated with inscriptions and legends from the Roman era.
Next, we'll head to the Citadel of Qaitbay (Saladin), a majestic fortress built in the 15th century on the ruins of Alexandria's ancient lighthouse. Strategically located on the Mediterranean coast, the castle offers spectacular views of the harbour and the open blue sea, a unique setting and a great photo opportunity.
Also, we will visit the Pompey Pillar, one of the tallest surviving Roman columns in the world, erected in honour of Emperor Diocletian. The column is surrounded by several statues and monuments that tell the story of Alexandria's ancient history.
After a short break, you will move on to a great cultural edifice, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, which has been revitalised in its modern form to be a beacon of science and culture in the world. You will also enjoy a tour of the library's halls, galleries, and museum and discover the rich history that dates back to the ancient Library of Alexandria.
Finally, before heading back to Cairo, we'll conclude our trip with a sumptuous lunch at one of the iconic fish restaurants on the Corniche, where you'll sample a variety of fresh seafood prepared in authentic Alexandrian style in a seaside setting.
After breakfast on your last day, your last moments in this land of diversity and wonder. You think back on the specifics of the previous days: Admiring the splendour of the White Desert, which felt like a fantasy land; admiring the modern Library of Alexandria and standing in front of the Great Pyramids of Giza.. Before leaving, our representative bids you farewell with a friendly smile and a grateful heart and wishes for a new meeting. And then we set off to the travel station – whether airport or train – loaded with photos, memories, and stories that will remain immortal in your mind.
